MiG は香港で別のラジオ番組にも出演してたんですね。Alyson Hau(←)の Teen Time という番組で、6月18日から20日の3日連続出演でした。約1時間くらいの放送で、番組の後半のほうで 「Hi, I'm MiG!」 と元気に出てきます。

6月29日にアメリカ New Jersey の Exchange Place で行われた Pilippine & American Friendship Day のイベントに参加した MiG です。とても Dandy ですよね。そのときのインタビュー・ビデオが投稿されていたので紹介します。この日の夜、ロンドンに向けて出発したようです。下のプレイボタンを click してください。

この Exchange Place Tower の一角でイベントは行われたようですが、ひどい雨だったらしくずぶぬれだと言ってますね。だから全身を写していないのかな？ビデオの中で MiG のうしろに NY Manhattan が見えてたと思いますが、実はそんなに遠くないんです。下の画像は NY の Manhattan から Hadson River の対岸に位置する New
Jersey を見たものです。Exchange Place Tower が写ってるのがうっすらとわかりますよね。MiG 同様、私も New York が大好きなんです。

6月5日 MiG は、子供たちの夢をかなえる 'Make A Wish Founda-
tion' に寄付するキャンペーンに参加することとなり、香港のラジオ番組の短いインタビューを受けてます。 WWRY Bnad のメンバーを引き連れて gig を行い、その収益金を 'Make A Wish Foundation' に寄付するいうことのようです。また WWRY の ショーに子供たちを招待したがっています。そのインタビューの様子をリンクしたので、どちらかのボタンを Click してお聴きください。いい声の持ち主はこの人だったんですね。 Hey Phil, you got a nice voice. I like that.

MTV Asia によるもうひとつの MiG のインタビュービデオを紹介します。前回紹介したのは、 Esplanade Theatre の舞台からでしたが、こちらは控え室か楽屋のようです。シンガポールで発売開始になった CD Album 'MiG' をしっかり売り込んでますね。おかげで MTV Asia でも　'She Loved' のビデオがリストアップされました。

WWRY Singapore [12]

MiG の WWRY Singapore 公演も今日が最終日。待ってるときは長いのに、始まるとあっという間に終わっちゃうのよね。 Musical だけでなく、現地で MiG の CD も発売されたし、大成功で嬉しい！

WWRY の Back Stage に現れた MiG が、シンガポールのファンに気軽に応えている Video です。急いでいるにもかかわらず、彼のファンに対する優しさが感じられるステキなシーンですよ。19秒ほどの短いものですが、画像下のキャプションを Click してご覧ください。

今日オンエアされた Power 98 FM 'Harry's Acoustic Lounge' は聴きましたか？ MiG の1時間アコースティックライブでしたねぇ。

MiG が Musical WWRY でパフォーマンスを始めるようになった経緯や、 RockStar INXS でのエピソード、歌を歌い出したきっかけ、レコーディングにまつわる話などを織り混ぜながら、全8曲 ( そのうちの1曲 Bohemian Rhapsody はなぜか途中で止めた ) を歌ってくれました。そして最後に、MiG から音楽を志す人たちへのアドバイスもしてくれました。大感動で、まだ興奮冷めやらない状態です！

ギター演奏は、まだ19歳という南アフリカ出身の Nick Kendall、ラジオ番組のパーソナリティは Manila 出身の Harry (↓)。彼はなかなかステキな声の持ち主でしたね。ステキな声は聴けませんが Harry の MySpace はこちら。

【 速報 】 今日のMiG のオンエアを楽しみにされてたと思いますが、「 MiG は来週 (4月20日) だよ 」と Harry が番組の中で教えてくれました。

他にも MiG は出演してるので、今日はそちらを紹介します。4月2日に出演した 987FM の Dan and Young's Electric Chair です。
出演するゲストは電気椅子に座らされるようで、 MiG は電流が流されるたびに奇声を上げて、「女性のゲストと反応が同じだ」と上の画像の Dan と Young にからかわれたり、ロシアの戦闘機と同じ MiG の名前の由来を説明するときに MiG がロシア人のモノマネをしたりして、とても愉快な番組でした。 podcast のサイトから download して聞いてみてね。
